Way too light in coloration for a 6" Scomb the upper portion of the body would be more dark greyish. Scombs very much have a black blotch @ the gill plate, not as large as Aramatus or Tats, and one on the apistole fin which would be very prominent buy the 6" mark - their is none on that fish - Hope my LFS gets some in I'd luv to own a Tat - congrats!

Yeah this is where MFK comes in handy, In the Fish Store world there is only a Vampire Tetra and no such thing and an Armatus,Tat,Scomb, Or Raph. Unless it's one of those places where they know everything then you kinda get screwed over

By the color of the apidose fin, I can tell you it's 90% tatauaia, I've nearly kept them all before.
