ohhh.. it looks like the tables have turned. snakeheads used for feeders.
actually they were sold as feeders but i bought them so i could keep it
i left them in a temp. tank and was placed on top of my tank with pbass,CK,gar & a sand goby in it while i go prepare the extra 10 gal in my storeroom somehow almost all of them jumped into the tank so all that jumped got ate and only 3 was left in the tank and minutes later i saw another one crawling under the sofa :screwy:wtf?!?i caught that one and put it with the other 3 in the 10gal
tomorrow im going to get some plant and gravel to decorate the 10gal
i will post pic when im done!!

A 10 gallon?????????????????????????????????

Back when they were legal, I had them, and a 10 gallon works for only about a week or two, at most. (For two) (They eat only fish, typically)

mine is on frozen bloodworms and cichlid pellets no sign of speedy growing yet

they are actually eating pellets? This is unheard of.

And speedy growth... how long have you had them? If they are not growing, then something is wrong.

blood worms and pellets was probably what the fed them in the LFS...since the were sold as feeders..just remember to cover your tank, snakeheads are jumpers

Wow I wish I had snakehead feeders.

its a prey for a week:nilly: and a predator for a month:headbang2
