Ideal breeding setup...

...in a 20L for L129 Hypan. I can get 2m and 2f. I need to know these things:
-Filtration: I can provide a 200gph filter cuz I own it
-Wood: How much and how to sterilize it
-Substrate: I can get free sand, or should I go bare bottom?
-Rocks: Also free, just from my yard or somewhere outside
-Plants: I have lots of plastic plants, or none at all?

With most plecs, the more flow the merrier, so your filtration will be sufficient. Branchy wood for them to hang out on would be nice. I'd make sure to implement some caves also. They would also benefit from having strong flow (a powerhead aimed at the cave) in the cave area.

Sand is fine and plants are optinal.

Bare bottom also works. They care more for caves and wood.

if you intend to breed your best bet to keep tank at its best is Bare bottom, also some caves, and keep a good diet for them and that should do it.!!
