  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I m looking for an easy keeping predator and hardy to be my beginning fish ;)

except bichirs what other option I have ???

Catfish, cichlids, wolf fish not much bigger fish you can get with that weird footprint

I noticed before you said you wanted an aggressive channa so get a ery ery wolf fish. It's not a channa but it's an easy to keep predator.

None for life... ???
I want a fish for life...
Red Devil can i have it for life ?
Red Wolf can i have it for life ?

I think a wolf would be cool, they hide allot though. My pic would be a chocolate cichlid, they are like oscars but they don't exceed 11 inches, have awesome personalities, and are really pretty. I have a full grown female in my 120.

I'd strongly disagree! Red wolfs, possibly. Red devils, definitely not! They can exceed 1ft so a 40" tank is by no means suitable.

+1 midevils won't do for life. Plenty of other cichlids that are easy to care for. If you want something really easy op get a group of male convicts. They will run that tank once they get comfortable.

Hypselecara temporalis may eventually outgrow my tank space, potentially reaching up to 12 inches.
