so if i get this right you're asking about a pair of jags in a 125 community? i'm thinking it's a death sentence for the other fish when breeding happens.

well, they are in a tank w/ a Dovii an RTM (a very nasty RTM), 1.3 JDs, a female GT, a Synspilum, a pair of Texas and some armored catfish species

I've bred Jags before in a community cichlid tank and they never bothered anything, they just chased them away from the nest, no fatalities


I'm not worried about the Jags.....the Dovii and Mota are my concern. WIll the Jags neutralize the male Dovii and male Motagua aggression?

I would just keep an eye on them in case things get out of hand.
