They're definitely Americans and those are South American Catfish. Those catfish aren't native to the USA

well those fish are all from the amazon, and clearly a cement lined man made river which is probably attached to 300 different sewers is not exactly a lush jungle river system.
 
this is soo funny....i donno why some of u {including the thread opener} are trying to act like soo well informed heroes....seriously i laughed soo much when i saw that video and READ the description without making a judgment....

be a little less lazy and read the description....he realesed the fish in the HAN RIVER IN KOREA.... or maybee there is a new river named "HAN" in america...
