There are plenty of small fish to choose from already. Making a monster fish small just takes away from being able to keep it.

There's really no reason to over analyze it, its all for fun. Yes we know there's plenty of smaller fish to keep but our favorites are the monsters and for some of us there are size limits of what we can keep. Just a question for fun
