If you could only have ONE TANK

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
The Fahaka no, they tend to kill everything in the tank.

The Mbu yes but not sure, probably a couple of HUGE schools of different tetra's

I know who you are blackshark. You actually live on Bad St. The further you go down the worse it gets and you live in the last house on the left. It's all good.

Oh sweet do you live in the downtown? Bad st. is cool but im thinking of moving to bad-ass st., seems more fitting IMO. Plus its a closer walk to walgreens that way!

im feelin 10' length x 6' width and 4' high .. 3-4 peacock bass a couple largemouth bass a clown knife and 2 black arowanas... no idea if that would even work would be epic though

by "tank" you mean "room" correct? from what I remember you have a pretty good collection of happy fish :)

yeah, I'd rather keep the room but you said just one tank. BTW the room that all my tanks are in is 12'x 10.5' with a 3'x5' closet.

I would do a plywood tank, probably somewhere around 8x3x3. Build a wet/dry and stock it with a RTG or higher grade aro, have a ray or two and either some cichla or widebars.. Maybe both :)

as big as i can get freshwater set up :P
so basically my tank now (mabey minus my hith jaguar)
plus a full grown dovii and mangrove jack then il be happy :P

So lets say your wife/husband/parents/landlord said you could only keep ONE tank, but you get to use the spare bedroom which happens to be 10' by 10'.

Your can build a tank what ever size you want, but you need to keep all your supplies stored in there.
yes and U must do what an addict to this hobby would do anywhere . BEND the rules to get what U want. Its an addiction will be your excuse. LOL :0) Good Luck with it!

baxter88, about 90% of my threads are completely unrelated to my home life :) this one included.

Just wanted to know if people would end up with a specimen tank or community, most people seem to be going with one or two big fish...
