If you had one billion dollars

Just read about someone on here who had 235 clown loaches

This gave me an idea. With that 1 billion dollars, I'd build a tank large enough for them (and 235x of all the other schooling fish in my signature too! Why stop at just the clown loaches?).

If you had one billion dollars what kind/size of aquarium would you set up?

I’d have something like a huge public aquarium with staff to maintain everything, but not make it public, then I probably wouldn’t own a TV

A 5000 gallon arowana aquarium with a thick layer of hair grass on the bottom and a thick layer of duckweed on the top including a large pond canister filter and a large number of nano air stones to keep the water aerated.
