Not really beex, sorry if I seemed mean.

Its just that i have the opposite mentality of a buidybuiler. I've fought on and off since age 10/11 and I've purposefully never done any weights to maintain speed, stamina, explosiveness etc. Even pro fighters, below heavyweight generally don't weight-train, yet they can punch like you wouldn't believe.

It's just a different school of thought fighting to bodybuilding.

its ok.good there are still no ***es on this forum.also it would also let me knock more people out and scare them and stuff.

last time i fought was my bro like 6 months ago

no-xplod is a product made by BSN...
I have used the entire line of BSN MASS STACK PRODUCTS...
no-xplod is not creatine, as in the label, its more of a NO (nitrous) product... CELLMASS is the bsn product containing a creatine ethel, the newer more potent form of creatine monohydrate.

I started out following the directions, but then due to the costs, supplemented other shakes and what not inbetween. I took a scoop of no-xplod about 30-45minutes before my workout, and then took a scoop of cellmass immediately following my workout. No real weight gains or losses, but I did notice an increase in strength over the course of a month or so.. more so than I would have without it.

yea well im on the football team and as a runningback i supplement right....just know wat ur taking and wat ur doing......dont forget no-xplode is just pre-workout all it does is give you extra pumps.....last year when i was a sophmore i was on no-xplode and stacking it wit sum generic creatine...it gave me more confidence to keep moving up in weights...later on we maxed out on squats and i had 4 plates and a quarter on each side...thats 455 lbs as a sophmore lol

also if no-xplode isnt workin for you try other pre-workouts...right now im taking myogenix hypershock..if u want some mass u shuld consider takin sum kind of mass gainer or try anator p70...it has gene enhancer...

i'd take strength, and stamina over mass anyday. i do lift but not like a bodybuilder....good luck to you and be careful with what you decide to put in your body.

rumblesushi: what do you trian in?

rhinod56-i know no xplode isnt a real creatine product.it has like 1 gram of it in a serving.

wingbak48-and about anator i heard some not so good stuff about it and its hell expensive.
also thats a nice squat you had back then

DanDanUK-nah me and him are cool its just a lil mis understanding.

sundaysuit-i would like bulk but whats bulk when you cant bench 150 or 100.
so i do different reps to affect my muscles to get mass, strength, and lil on stamina

I didn't bother reading any of the posts in this thread. Rather, I'll leave you with a bit of info. Creatine's effects are noticable when you consume large amounts of it. When you stop using, the muscles go with it. Stick with protein and eating like mad and you'll be just fine. Damn you lifters not held back by weight. Wrestling keeps me under 170lbs...

***LIPO-6*** is the best energy / weight loss stuff out now..............I know it's not creatine but it'll give you the energy for that extra set!!!!!! www.nutrex.com , check it out:headbang2 ................creatine is great if you want to retain tons of water etc.......... been there , done that!!!!! next!!!
