Its just that i have the opposite mentality of a buidybuiler. I've fought on and off since age 10/11 and I've purposefully never done any weights to maintain speed, stamina, explosiveness etc. Even pro fighters, below heavyweight generally don't weight-train, yet they can punch like you wouldn't believe.
It's just a different school of thought fighting to bodybuilding.

................creatine is great if you want to retain tons of water etc.......... been there , done that!!!!! next!!!
