Sure it does. I like vanilla ice cream, but if that's the only flavor I could ever have... :D
Silvers are nice, but it's nicer to have options/variety if you want.

Vanilla Ice Cream...LOL...

If vanilla ice cream is a 3 ft beast that destroys eveything that fits in its mouth, then I'm a fan.

You're missing my point :D. You wouldn't want to have diferent types of aros if you could?

No, I get your point. I guess I would be happy to own a Silver regardless of other Aros out there because it's an awesome fish. It seems that maybe you and the OP are looking down on it like it's not good enough to own. Maybe I'm wrong. I'd be happy with vanillia....I guess a lot of MFKers wouldn't.

I know I had a silver it was a beuty. I want a jardin though is this really true!! no jardin is legal in florida ?

I didn't mean to talk down about silvers at all. They are very cool fish. I just wouldn't like to be handcuffed to just them out of the aro family.

I can understand that. I guess I'm not bothered by not being able to buy an Asian Aro because I live in the USA. My feeling is I wouldn't be bothered by not being able to buy a Jardini or a Black if I lived in FL. If my only choice was a Silver, I wouldn't think twice about it. For me, it's not about the species I keep, it's about keeping the fish. To me fish is fish be it rare or common.
