Yea youd probably need to leave the state to georgia or another state, i dont know the laws up there so dont take it from me. I have seen silvers all over the place down here. If you go to AllFishEmporium in Tamarac you can buy small ones for $15.

most vendors will not deliver them to a state they're illegal in. pretty heavy penalties if they're caught
