Illegal Fish

I am posting this because it seems that as members find out I live in Canada, and can keep Snakeheads in house, they think that I am willing to send to a location where they are outlawed. I dont care if you are a legit member or a cop posing as one. If you state does not allow you to house them (hense cant purchase them) what makes you think someone is going to take a chance and send one down.
Look at it this way
Animals are banned from places for a reason! Why would you like a potentially dangerous animal to live in your house? (other than the COOL factor) Snakeheads are banned because they will devour an entire lake on our side of the world!! Would you want your nieghbour keeping a croc in his back yard pond? knowing darn well that if it escaped it could eat your dog, or destroy the enire wildlife area simply because they are not orig from that area but could survive. Look at some of the snakes in florida!!! Eating Crocodiles!! Some moron drops it off in the back thinking hey it wont survive long but a few years later after it found the other one dropped off by the other moron down the street, Now there are hundreds of them that shouldn't have survived. but they do and now giving the real king of the area a run for its money

I know I am going a little over board but I see these posts of people asking for them and then other members blaming them for being Narcs. If you want to keep an illegal animal in your house it is up to you but I dont think any DECENT member will get you one knowing the consequenses.

If you want a snakehead and it is ok to keep in your area, well... you should be able to order it from your LFS.

I WONT SEND IT TO YOU UNTIL YOU PROVE TO ME THEY ARE OK TO KEEP!!!!!

puff puff give!!!!! how bout some free beer eh'...........keep it real and keep it green man. not everything we do is legal but on one of these forums youd never be able to tell who was who, cop or not.......id LOVE me some snakeheads or rays, but unfortunately i live in california. sure I am responsible, but not everyone who would get one is and that is why im in the position i am........blazed, and in need of rays and SH's badly but with no sources to accquire any. so i guess ill just stick with the guys i know who can get p's in the hopes that maybe ONE day they will come across some other illegal killers. i live on the edge, what can i say....i speed too!!!!!! hahahahahah

I could never want to own a snakehead, or any illegal fish. I would always be in fear of f&w showing up at my door. I am glad to see you one to respect the laws.

i know its hard to cure that bug. we crave those things we can't and don't have. butwe're not just here to obtain, but to educate. so thanks for sharing Canadbis . let's all be responsible.
