I find it funny that people get into record books for pulling heavy objects on wheels. Like you aren't truly pulling that 4,000 pound car. No, you're pulling a fraction of the weight and the inertia is keeping it going. Hang a car over the side of a cliff and chain it to you then climb up the cliff with it chained to you then you're truly pulling those 4,000 pounds. But pulling a million pound plane is nothing to scoff at. The sheer amount of strength needed to get that thing going in the beginning is impressive.
Smartest thing I’ve ever heard you say

I'm going to take that as a compliment instead of an insult so thank you :).

Yeah, pulling the planes, fire trucks, and other things are quite impressive, a car is nothing, I am 15 and I have pushed cars short distances when in neutral, but to pull a plane like they did in the worlds strongest man 2016, that's impressive af

What kind of muscle are you trying to develop fish head?

Fast twitch 1
Fast twitch 2
Standard?

I really don't look that unusual fishhead0103666 fishhead0103666 , but I could beat just about anyone , fighting is kind of my specialty, especially considering I don't fight fair.

Currently I'm training my finger and hand muscles.

For long types of swords a lot of power comes from the pinky area, while for fire arms you want muscles in your trigger finger that don't fatigue, a good hit from a sword or spear can be 4000 to over 5000 psi, which is about equivalent to being hit by a car with a very sharp thin bumper

Personally I don't really try for any specific type of muscle, I just go heavy with low reps. The more weight I can pull the better.

You know, not to derail this convo, but I just remembered another species that I have wanted since I was a kid, watching ace ventura pet detective..

Carcharadon carcharias. Not sure if it is illegal but it should be if it’s not.

Ok first off size doesn't matter when it comes to how much you can bench. So a 6'8" shouldn't automatically be able to bench 500.
There are 6'8" men that can bench over 500.
There is a LOT more then just a handful of people who can bench 500. Trust me, I'm on weightlifting forums quite often and it isn't as rare as you think. Do a bit of research and you'll find that there's a few groups of weight lifters.
There's the crossfitter, I honestly can't tell what is their purpose.
There's the body builder, they lift weights to make their body look as good as it can. They tend to do high reps with low weights to make muscles more visual.
There's the powerlifter, they don't care what they look like. They only care about lifting heavy. It is better for them to have as little fat as they can though because they are put into competitions based off of their weight class. Who's stronger. A 180 pound man that's all muscle or a 180 pound man with 15% body fat? The correct answer is the first man. These are the people who set all the records in weight lifting that are heard of the most. "Heaviest bench, squat, deadlift" Stuff like that.
Now there's the strongman. They are an unsual type compared to the other 3. They don't go for weight, body, or for anything else like that. They train so they can be strong in general. There are the ones lifting the anvils, they're the ones lifting logs, they're the ones that you want if your car gets stuck in the mud. They are a very unique type of weight lifter.
Now, neither of these types of weight lifters is better or worse then the other. Some might be hated more then the others (crossfitters) but they all train for different reasons so you can't truly compare them.
Personally I train as a powerlifter but I've taken a break so my numbers have gone down a bit.

If you can beat a massive biker then you gotta post a pic of yourself in that "what do you look like thread" viper lol.
I used to be a gym rat back in the day. I was into power lifting. I am not big by any means but I was able to lift some decent numbers for my size. I think my peak body weight was 180 (not very big at all) and I could bench 225. So 500 for a big guy wouldn’t be too much of a stretch. I had a heftier friend come to the gym with me one day and with no training/ cold just benched 225. I was kinda pissed because it took me years to work up to that. Lol.

I’m less than 170 can bench 225 a decent set
