If your running across the joists the problem is probably twisting (deflection) of the joists causing the sagging. I'd empty the tank as much as possible, which will take most of the pressure off of them allowing them to twist back into place, cut some 2x4's to fit between the joists tightly and toe-nail them in place close to your floorboards. Then cut a 2x4 header and use 4" nails to nail that to the joists. That will support the top and bottom of the joists to prevent it from happening again. Then I'd put down a footer, measure the height between the header and footer, cut some 4x4's 1/4" longer than that, hammer them into position and toe-nail top and bottom.

ok was looking at the beams in my cellar thers one basicly in front of my tankand theres one that the back of the tank sits on these run 3/4 length of my tank then about a foot and a half from the end of my tank the beam stops and there is a horizontal section

So you are saying that your tank is sitting on only one beam that runs the lenght of the tank minus a foot or so at the end. Doesnt sound like to much support. I think ideally the tank should sit on the beams across several of them running from front to back of the tank.

ok if this helpsthe blak rectanlge is the tank the red is somewhat were the joices are give or take a few inchesif th don't help i can take pics

Actual photos would help. Also dimensions. How far apart are the floor joists (16" O.C.?) and what size are they (2x8, 2x10)? I agree with Bud's suggestions for support.

lay your tank over multiple joices, from what you picture looks like you have your tank going the wrong way
there is really no way to put it the other way not enough room
