I'm amazed... Pbass power!

no patience to grow them out? dude that is the best part of the hobby. Its like raising a child. The colour development, personality and sexual maturity development. You have no idea what your missing.

You're right Yipp-e.... I typically grow out most of my fish. I actually have some small Pbass I'm growing out... but something about having an instant tank filler is nice!

I've never had the patience to grow out a Pbass before ..... so I went with the immediate gratification last night by picking up R1_Ridah's WC Monos. They were listed at an eyeball size of 12"..... they were 15" easy! After unsuccessful at trying to feed them pellets a couple times today I noticed them eyeballing my other fish in an adjacent tank. I knew they were hungry so I decided to give them market shrimp...... HOLY MOLY! The way they feed is simply amazing! Such force and power..... I am in awe. I guess welcome to Monster PBass keeping!

hell yeah man these guys are awesome. even my little guys that are between 6-8" hit with amazing power. and if you wanna see their blazing speed, drop in a few feeders. all you see is a flash and a cloud of scales from the feeder fish. its stunning to watch

FD Krill works well too since it floats and when acclimated they'll hit it before you even get the lids closed while you're standing there.

Thanks J.... I'm so weary of using feeders for anything anymore, never know what kinda sickness they have. I will probably try it one day.... don't want them to get hooked!

A cichlid.... Of good size From any one of YOUR... Tanks will do as a tasty snack every now and again..... Or A nice healthy FREE firemouth.... Or similar....
