Looks like tailrot but it’s gotten bad….the darker areas look necrotic. You should try to source an antibiotic like kanamycin if it’s available where you are. At the very least, you should clean your filter and keep up with large daily water changes to lower the overall bacterial load. You can also give the fish a salt bath or a methylene blue dip…or dab the area with povidone iodine or merbromin as an antiseptic.

Consider yourself: Do you think that chicken heart is a natural part of a fish's diet? Do you think that in the wild, your aro would jump out of the water, snarl a passing chicken and rip out its heart?

Feeding animal heart meats is a great protein source but adds a heavy biological burden to your system. 20-30% weekly water changes in a 36” tank would not be adequate to keep your nitrates <5-10.
Though less toxic than ammonia & nitrite, high nitrate levels take a toll on fish vitality & immunity. Have you tested your nitrate levels?
The pics clearly show necrosis (black tissue) & infection in the flesh of the caudal peduncle. TBH I don’t know if the tail will grow back even if the infection heals.
I’m not an expert on fish antibiotics, but I would encourage you to add salt at 1tbsp/1gal of water, do 50% water changes every day to reduce the bacterial load in the water column, replace the salt to the same concentration with each water change and keep it like that for 2 weeks minimum.
You could dap betadine or iodine directly into the wound bed also.
What is the water temp? If possible, keep the temp in the low end of the aros tolerance as bacteria thrive & multiply at higher temps.

First of all Thanks for this helpful information. im beginner in keeping aro's. In india there is no information about this type of aro's problem in social media platforms.I dont know what to do now.And another thing i cant find any medicines that you mentioned in your reply.In aquarium they only selling some kind of medicines idk will it work or not.i used ocean free brand external bacteria medicine..And it doesn't work at all.So suggest me what to do in next days to save my aro..please
