Why is it that there is a "Petsmart Sucks" thread thrice a week? Oh yeah, they have crappy service in most places.

Well from the info I wrote down.

Nick is the Aquatic manager. He gave me the run around saying the other two are fine. The main guy "Prag" is the store manager.
 
Yeah the manager will definitely be hearing something from corporate as AROWANABE and I have made formal complaints to corporate. He's going to get what he deserves.

I've found that since they have free shipping over 50 bucks it is easier just to have the items shipped to me. I figure the wait is mcuh easier thaen the headaches that ya get at the store. The couple near me seem to treat fishkeepers like second class citizen, but if ya bring in your mutt with ya then they're all kiss'n your @ss.
 
Yea If your gonna buy from a chain anyway might as well buy online and have it shipped to your house
