im getting a beardie weeeeeeee!

im adopting a 9" beardie today :D:D in about an hour and 1/2 he should be here :) i havent seen him but from what i hear he has alot of red which was best as it was described:) he comes with a 75g tank and all the goodies and i have tons of bowls and dishes for him here:) im excited, we'll see how he is :D:D

feel free to post any tips on thes guys as last time ihad a beardie it was just 3" so a bigger one is new to me on diet and all that :)

if its 16" or larger, 80% greens 20% insects. my adults do well on 30 crickets/superwoms a week each and greens every day. dust with calcium and vitamin D3 3 times a week and use a vitamin/mineral supplement twice a week.
 
its said to 9" i dont know if this includes tail or not. ive only had young beardies so i wasnt sure what a bearie this size would need or eat thanks for the help :)

now i gotta see what piece of furniture i have to throw out to make space for the tank :D:D

does cichlaholics really NEED a dresser? hmmmmm
 
at that size its still relatively young, so 20% greens and 80% insects.

feed crickets every day and greens 2-3 times a week. food should be dusted every 5 times a week and use a vitamin supplement twice a week(saturday & sunday)

Weeee here he is :D:D:D alot bigger than i thought and tame as can be:) i love this guy, came with a 40g breeder but we had to leave the stand till another day cuase it didnt fit in the car today. any input on him would be great. im guessing hes just a normal average beardie :)
