im getting a beardie weeeeeeee!

beardies are generally a very lazy lizard. mine almost never move from their basking platforms, only time they do is when eating or pooping.

he's also stressed from the move, just give him a week or so to settle in.

what are the temps at on the basking site/hot end and cool end?
 
sigh...still looking sad. im giving him time. the temps is about 78 on the cool side and 90ish n the hot side
 
90 on his basking site?

basking site should be 105-110 degrees. cool side needs to be at least 85. he may be too cool, beardies get very lazy and don't eat when they are cool.

what wattage is the bulb you are using for him to bask under? and is it a common house bulb?
 
its a basking lamp. he came with all his equipment he was well kept and grown out nicely so i assumed this was the proper stuff for him to be well. ill go get the specifics of his lamp tomorrow. my house might also be colder than hes use to as i think they use to keep him in a terrace or something.

zoomed thermometer, hes doing a bit better today, looks more alert and active :)
 
yeah i was looking into temp guns when i was breeding ball pyhons, i guess il invest in one for sure now as it seem my reptile collection is growing again :)
