I used the brown silicone and I think I let it sit too long before applying the coco fiber. I covered the whole back with silcone first (30"x25") and then placed the coco on it. I'm thinking it dried too much. My new plan is to bake the coco fiber so it's completely dry and then apply the silicone in small sections.
