I noticed that you were fairly cautious when that critter spun around to look at you. LOL Good move. They can be nasty...not to mention rabies.

I'm originally from the deep south and lots of family and friends are big into coon hunting. My uncle had a coon drown 2 blue tick hounds in a river and escape. They're nothing to mess with.

it was definitley a great time. it was my first auction/convention and i enjoyed it a lot and met some cool peeps in the process. Buddah them rhytisma were dope. All my fish are doin ok so far. Looking back it probably wasnt the the best time for me to throw some new fish in the tank while those rainbows were guarding their fry. They started putting all the newcomers in check. But they'll be alright, there's plenty of room in there. Oh by the way, one of those robertsoni's colors is ridiculous!! I'll get some pics when they stop hiding.

nice hanging with you,i knew those robertsoni's were going to be great glad you got them.the rytisma attempt to clean the flower pot until the rest of the fish chase them away,so i hope they pair up in the future,will take some pics later.

I'm not sure where there are any photos, either.

Class 6 was Central American < 6". The winner was the crazy angry firemouth, which also won reserve best of show. It was less than full size but I guess nice finnage, color and glass banging attitude made the difference.

My Lago Nicaragua convict female took second. Not sure what took third.

She won at the Catfish Convention (New World Less than 4"). There were a lot of salty Apisto keepers...
