I just thought of something, he's about 3.5". How long should it take him to get up to say 8-10"? I will be feeding lots of cooked shrimp, bloodworms, massivore(broken up), and krill. I will be doing frequent water changes, of course.

Nice pickup. It will probably take 8months to 1 yr to grow him to 10". Do not feed COOKED SHRIMPS. They preferred raw market shrimps with the shell peeled and headless.
