I have to agree with Icthyophile's sentiment, no matter what the background you have with this person this is not the place for rant's and personal attacks.

I have sat through personal attack after personal attack without saying a word. Couldn't sit by any longer. I posted what I had to say, and then I backed away.

Anyway, this is me backing away again. I'm more worried about surgery right now than I am about board bashing.

Ed, thanks for the time and effort you used to repsond.

I must admit during the process of typing the thread up.. I inadvertently mixed up some facts. Since I don't design the ads myself... I simply just supply the photos.

Here is the ad that got mixed up:




Here are some FACTS:

Image 100_0322.jpg was taken on November 01, 2005, 11:59:29pm EST.

This is the IM log 15 minutes after the photo session was taken, but I was chatting with him before that on my mobile sidekick.



I was informing the owner that his first ad was out, then I asked him about the the new project and he started to email me his new pictures from the photo session at 12:28 AM EST.

Here is the email that he sent to me on November 02, 2005, 12:45 AM EST.



The owner posted a thread on MFK, November 02, 2005, 12:53 AM EST, and again on the other board just 2 minutes later, November 02, 2005, 12:55 AM EST.


On November 15, 2005 I asked the owner of the picture if the other board is using the same fish for the ad?





Then again on November 20, 2005.




In conclusion, as you can see by my post, I received the picture before any of the threads were posted on any other fish forums. There is no way the other people could have received permission from the owner first, unless "Ed and Company" were talking to the owner at the same time as I was. I bet "Ed and Company" asked the owner after he won the POTM.

You tried Ed..... and I'm very "flattered"....
