I know right, I was never able to find anything about taking fish from anywhere in South America, if anyone know how to do it right I would Love to know I might take a trip to coasta rica some time soon

also figured that if I couldn't figure out anything for sure, it wasnt worth getting the wrong info and getting arrested or whatever. not that anyone in South American would really care!

I can't recall his name but there is a member here who goes on collecting trips and he brings back some of what he finds so he knows the in and outs of what is required to do so.He invites others who want to come along...maybe someone can chime in with more information.
