Tomorrow or Wed I'm going to get a $160 4" dat minus $50 for a 14" Kelberi I'm getting credit for ugh !! Nothing special about the Dat except hes stable.
Prices for Dats are crazy now!!! But they are my favorite fish to keep so I don't want to miss this one
Price when up due to supply and demand. St are just now begin farm breed. They is no indication that indo can be farm breed. Over fishing and pollution have kill of a lot of fish in indo. As demand get higher and supply get lower what u think will happen.. look at st people said it cost too much back then look at them now. Any way good luck find cheap indo or st now day. If we in the state complain other over sea will be glad to take them all. People wonder why we in USA dont get nice fish. Too much complain about price haha
It’s not about complaining about prices it’s about being stupid with your money. And what you think Vincent’s Platnium datnoid was found in a river? Lol you think all those color morphs in your motherland are caught naturally in the river? You’re in denial if you think they aren’t farm bred. There’s a false demand and supply when people buy datnoids by the bags for a couple bucks each and trying to raise the price causing a false panic. This has been seen over and over with properties, stock, and now apparently fishes. Like every other BS inflation it’ll crash.

I recall People saying ST’s will always be around back then and now they are basically extinct in the wild. Some caught here and there. Other than the guy who figured out how to breed them they would of been slowly disappearing forever. What’s saying that isn’t the future for indos 5years from now. Last I knew the palm oil plantations are killing off waters and fish. As for farm breed Indos, the farm that breeds ST say no one has figured out how to breed indos over there yet. I’ve seen vids of fisherman still catching babies from the wild and bigger monster indos are being offered up for sale more than ever before so I’m sure that’s going to play a part in fish populations over there. As for color morphs, I wouldn’t be surprised if they are man made just like short body fish but some could be natural. We all spend money on what we feel is worth it regardless if we are loaded or not. If it’s in our budget we’ll buy in it lol. Just like that new indo you got coming. I don’t think it’s a bad price but it’s definitely not old school price. As for bar patterns yeah it sucks they separate and price them to bars now but you got to admit that when they are stable and you see them bars nice and bold your glad you spent the money lol. Nice indo by the way.. looks chunky. How big is it ?
