I know there are all chichids, there are different types from different lakes, do they all get along or should you not mix them?

You really should seperate any fish that don't get along well before this becomes an issue....however any injored, or in this case, partially disabled, fish should be isolated at least until it has a chance to recover and get used to it's new restricted vision.

yes and those are africans cichlids and don't mix at all with south american cichlids and yes get it in a hospital tank eyes can get infected eazily


but oscars do just fine with cichlids if you have the room and there CENTRAL OR SOUTH AMERICAN cichlids NOT african they hate cichlids that aren't africans
