Fishless cycle with Stability and bottled ammonia - 8 days to completely cycle. If you really have to add fish you can do that on Day1 with Stability but you need to dose with Seachem prime every day as well to avoid stressing the fish. It will probably take a little longer if you add fish on day 1 cos you don't have as much control over the ammonia levels as you do when using bottled ammonia.

I just filled my tank, looks sexy, added nutrafin aqua cycle... letting it run for 7 days, and going to put in the dosage per day as instructed.
I actually have used Nutrafin Aquacycle on my first tank, and all my fish seem fine till date, they eat, swim, and are very active, my plants are doing fine also.
However, i do water changes every week or sometimes a week and half, depending on my schedule.
I was just confused since I read somewhere it says INSTANT WORKING, ADD FISH! lol (im not adding anything until im sure my fish are gonna be fine without a 7 day cycle AT LEAST)
Futhermore, Only injury i saw till date was my rainbow shark attacking one of my clown loaches and tearing a few fins (But healing well).
Personally I think Nutrafin should be done for misleading advertising for saying their product gives an 'INSTANT Cycle'. For it to be instant the bottle would have to hold a full colony of both kinds of live bacteria (can never remember the names) and ammonia to keep them living, and it would have a shelf life of maybe -3 days (to account for shipping from the factory to the store)!
Without an ammonia source no bacteria is going to live the 7 days untill you add fish. Reading through other threads on the subject, and from personal experience, only Stability seems to actually work, something to do with Seachem being able to produce a product that contains 'dormant' bacteria of the correct type where other products seem to contain bacteria 'similar' to what would be produced naturally in your tank, these bacteria (I suspect) are basically a stopgap untill the bacteria we actually want develop.
God damn it... Im always messing up...Im like already so damn broke.. i got this Aqua Cycle thingy and read instructions and review, and threw the right dose into my EMPTY tank...and was cycling for a week....
Great...absolutely...great....
So should i go out and get some 100% ammonia or what?
