True. I see that on green iguanas all of the time. My igs are so tame for its species but all I do is daily interacion, hand feeding and a litle free roaming. I would prefer having a horrible personality lizard( ig, sav,etc) than having to submit my pet to that horrible treatement to "tame him". In fact now that I think of it I would prefer to sufer just that myself than seing my pet being submited to that by a cople of sickos. At least I could kik some serious (fat) but

so don't try that, if you are dumb enough to believe it could work, ok?

on rfuk they are up to red hot pokers and tightropes over lava (no kidding!)

How you can ignore over 60 vids ?
You got to watch Buzzy grow from a baby to an adult, the fastest growing sav ever recorded (good husbandry?)- one of the few adults being shown, btw. You see monitors run across the room to climb on me. You see them potty trained, running around the house like the pets they are, climbing in the bath, begging for food, opening doors- having quite a life, compared to living in a box, i'd have to say.
You see happy, confident animals perfectly at home with people of any size under any circumstances. You see real, friendly, good pets.
Before my vids, there was nothing but fang and claw vids and the myth of savage, mndless killing machines.
I show friendly monitors living with people who love them.
Sure, nobody gets gangsta style 'respeck' from keeping a teddy bear, so some people had their image shaken...too bad.
On the other hand- nobody goes around passing laws to ban teddy bears, do they?

I know that's not salacious gossip to titillate you, but that, young man, is the actual important part of it all. I have the nicest, sweetest savs (and baby BT) on the planet. What do your savs do- let you clean up their poo?
So it's understandable why you could be jealous. I've got monitors who love me and I share the joy.

oh, yeah- about salmonella- if it worries you, here's what you do:
avoid spinach, broccoli, maltomeal, cabbage, peppers, tomatoes and jalapenos.
all those outbreaks just this year- and not a single one caused by lizard poo... hmm..

oh- salmonella lives in the bowel, so here's a handy tip:
if you see a tail, don't kiss that end- you should be fine.

Sorry, savs, but I seen so many Savannahs, I can't even remotely begin to agree with your posts with the omitted lies. Any of us can see your censorships and lies by going through the forum archives online. Anyone can see this for themselves, so don't even try to fight it.
