Interesting, unique fish for 120 gallon?

Hello all! I have just set up my 120 (dimensions are 50"x20"x28"). It is currently cycling, and I am running a Fluval FX6, as well as a Hydor 150, and three powerheads. Do you all have suggestions for cool, unique, interesting fish that would work well in an aquarium like this? Thank you in advance!

would they do well in a tank that tall, as well as not having a super wide footprint?

To keep Polypterus it's critical to have about a 2 inch gap waterline so the Bichir can gather air. CB Senegal Bichir would be fine.

One of my favorite specie also the only negative is getting them on non living food.

If you get them while young then they love frozen blood worm cubes
