Immaturity won't get you very far. You asked a question, people answered it. If you cannot listen to dissenting opinions, don't ask questions on an internet forum.
Your method is perfectly fine but it's going through a lot of trouble for nothing. I have municipal water treated with chloramine and I always add Prime directly to the tank. When I finish draining the old water out, I add the proper dose of Prime directly to the tank and then pump new water directly from the tap to the tank. I've never lost a fish due to chlorine/chloramine poisoning and it's never killed off the beneficial bacteria in my filters. I've found that the easier you can make something in this hobby, the more enjoyable the hobby is. Try it some time.
One thing you may look into, however, are the parameters of your tank water versus the parameters of your water straight from the tap. If there is a huge fluctuation in pH, it would probably be a good idea to age the water in a bucket or container overnight with aeration. This will off-gas the CO2 in the water and let your pH stabilize. Large swings in pH are a bigger concern during water changes than how you add your Prime.
