Intex Easy Set Pool

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Yeah, for that filter the input and output are close, but, there is a "power head" right there that is pushing the water that leaves the filter away from the site.

The pvc heater tree is in the water and running, the pump I was going to use is officially burnt out so I am using a smaller pump (400 gph) for the time being. Water temp is around 77 degrees and I added 450w of heating.

I had to switch out the stand for the filter, I found a crack in the one I was using that may or may not have caused problems, but I didnt want to risk it. I also added quilted bedding to the top layer of the trash can filter to help with mechanical filtration. Updated pics comming when I find my camera.

I have moved most of my fish into the pond, I had to do this a little earlier than planned because I had to make room for a female festae that went into a 125 with my male festae. The water temp is holding strong around 78 degrees. I will be moving the remainder of the fish out there in the next few days, I will take some pics when I move them! I will be getting a couple of 4" achara (marble) cats in the mail tomorrow.
