I wonder what arapaima tastes like? I'd be up for trying it if it's from a farm rather than the wild.

I've had pacu before, and it was pretty good; I've also had some other somewhat unusual meats, but it doesn't bother me as long as they taste good and are farmed/harvested in a sustainable manner.
