So saltwater fish dont have parasites?The fish that is unscathed looks like a Buttikoferi and the filleted one looks like a fish called a tripletail which really resembles a saltwater datnoid.

but tripletail doesnt have black and white strip like the sheephead does

Then I guess its a sheephead,but whatever it is that practice is cruel and barbaric.I guess thats supposed to be some interpretation of art.

I think in the video they mention about the flesh will grow back (just a guess) because the vital organ are still intact
