What's new? Does anybody have anything new they would like share?

Anybody planning on a new purchase?

Well anyway I now have 30 babys piranhas(started with 50) left in a 55 gallon they are growing pretty fast. Still selling them off. I have 2 5 inchers in another tank that are doing pretty good. I'm surprised their is no aggression because I heard that your supposed to stick to 3 for a shoal. I hope the turn out to be a breeding pair?

My Rhom is doing good, he gets water changes every 2 days. Anybody have some tips on growing piranhas fast?

One good way would be to feed multiple time daily and do multiple water changes weekly-
Excellent filtration goes along way also-

I happen have over 200 in a 125 gal ranging from .5 inch to 3 inches in size-It is my growout tank for my breeders...I do what I said above and have good results with it...

Also for got to add the more space one can give to each piranha with the mentioned above would be the best results-IMO

Is a bit slow in the Piranha Section. I am used to P-fury where it is all piranha talk, although not as big of tanks as most members here. Anyway, I am adding a large Rhom to my collection. Looks like I will be purchasing from Sticky-Rice. Was going to get it from ECZS ie:John, but the private deal will work better I believe. Too bad though, I wanted to build a relationship with John so that in the future he might be able to bring in some hard to find piranha.

Monkey briain does have some nice rhoms!!!!!!!!! Can't wait till mine gets that big

Any time my friend. I know you said you are busy durout the week, so the weekend is fine with me. Hell, I would meet up today.

I know I am cheating buying one that big.

My plan is to buy a large one, and also a smaller one that I may grow out. Unsure which to grow out - ie: Guyana, White??, Xingu, Vinny (if possible to get)

Agreed. Leave space, good walter, good filtration, and you will grow them out.
