Keep in the garage after the reseal and see how it holds up. May need to be resealed but if done right it’ll be worth the effort.
The only problem with that is my garage isnt attached or heated and its about 25 degrees Fahrenheit outside right now.

I say it is worth the effort to reseal if the glass is in good shape. Worst outcome is you put it back up for sale again. Even being a big and heavy glass tank, I'd buy it.
Good way to look at it.Yeah I really think I'm going to go ahead and take the dive on this one because I could always use the glass for a plywood build if i go that route.
