Is it worth it?

I'd go for it. A reseal is a lot less time than a complete tear down and rebuild. I bought a 180 gallon with a broken bottom for $20 the other day and am building a corner aquarium with it. Should be awesome! It'll take a great deal of time though.

This is a good point. Do you know if it needs to be completely torn down and rebuilt, or would an internal reseal be good?

From what I understand it just needs a reseal but the frame is bad that’s what scares me the most because I can’t find a frame anywhere not even online

It’s got the glass brace at the top, so I would say the frame is probably not necessary and is only for cosmetics and edge protection. As long as you have a level stand and the siliconed glass brace at the top holds, I see no problem with running it without the framing. Still best to test it in the garage but if it works well there then I would feel comfortable if I were you.

Well that’s reassuring like I said if it’s still there Wednesday I’m going to snatch it up. He did say that it’s still mine if I want it

I usually just do inner seals unless there is a broken pane. I've fixed a lot of aquariums and resold for hobby money. I find them broken all the time and get them for dirt cheap. I just clean them, get good glass in them, seal them, and sell or trade them. Simple.

For yours in specific, do measure and add a brace of some kind.
