Is my discus sick

Those general type of body movements/actions usually indicate a general external body parasite. Depending on how your tank is setup, you have several options. From a simple 0.3% salt water bath, to a little more aggressive 3% salt water dip. Those are usually the safest and generally effective against mild parasitic infections. If you want to go another step or two higher, than you would have to use products like Quick Cure, or straight formalin. First and foremost though, I would increase your water changes and make sure your tank is clean. Let them go for a few days after that and see how they do. If no improvement, you can start with either salt treatment. That usually takes care of it. Keep us updated along with any treatments you may chose to use.

I was looking at my discus today and it looks like they have finrot external and internal parasite. I no what the cause is it is live bloodworms that I recently got. I just don't no what type of parasite and what or how to treat it.

internal parasite?? my LFS owner sells me these parasite pills made for dogs (for internal flukes)... but he says those are really good for fish as well. i just put 1 tablet in 15g..i dose everyday... sometimes no water changes... the water where i live is very hard and too many water changes puts my fish into shock. i normally top off 2-4g every 4-5 days.. water changes are done maybe once every week n a half-2...
