Your fin rot was probably caused by the ammonia and nitrite you had (or have?) in your tank. What did you ever do to fix that bio filter problem by the way? Anyhow, as a result of ammonia or nitrite, the the tips of the fins can get irritated, bacteria gets in the area, and as a result, the fin "rots" away. Ammonia burns gill membranes as well. As, you can see, all your problems are likely related to your (past I hope) bio filtration problem. This is why it is extremely important to have a fully cycled tank and adequate filtration when dealing with discus. Probably the best thing is just keep your water very clean, and it should eventually clear up on its own. Your fish have suffered enough, no use exposing them to a lot of different chemicals at this point. Fins usually grow back.
