Only one thing to add, you should thaw frozen food before serving. I just do it in a small mug of tank water, only takes a min or two.

no need to thaw it just throw it in frozen if it was still frozen it would float you will find its fully defrosted before it hits the tank floor

Never thaw in warm water. Always thaw with cold tap water.

Yes, I agree with you, warm water of aquarium have a high microbial load and degrade faster than tap water

im not sure about the dimensions, havent measure it yet, just got it but as u can see from the pic it is small :/ anyway, my ray still wont eat thebloodworms. im gonna try earthworms soon. i did try live glass shrimps last night but it ate like only 1 or 2. is that sufficient for a pup? and aft that i left 5 shrimps overnight and this morning when i woke up, 5 were all still there although 3 is dead. im depressed.... :'(
