If it isnt too personal, how do you feel about that? And as far as this thread goes do you believe the teachers were wrong in there approach?

teachers where right, as for nix? she allot more comfortable in her/'his skin and has a wife. and that's all fine. he/she uses the girls room.

Would the teachers have refused to teach or recognise someone who was of a different religion to them? I doubt it, it feels as if they chose to voice there objections to this girl saying she wanted to be a boy, which I still believe was merely her using her imagination, however if it was a little boy whose parents decided to convert him to islam or Judaism would they point blank refuse to recognise them as an Islam or Jew?

That's the thing about personal freedoms, it's all or nothing......

America is built on freedom of religion, to do this there has to be a separation of church and state. and all religion needs to be recognized but not practiced in any fed or state institution, including schools.

gender identification is not a religious issue.
