I'm not a big fan of AI, but mutant tiger chimps, that would be awsome!! Then with some lazer beam tech, that would be like a James Bond and X-Men movie combo
 
^ but thats the worst part, everyone would think they are so awesome and get close to them and before you know it their eating your kidneys and burning dirty words into your skin with their lazer eyes

Anywho I dont like the idea cuse there are way to many nutcases out there that would do who knows what if they ever built one of those things.... -_- can you imagine if the robot goes like malfunction sniper mode... that would be crazy... esp when the build enough that they can form their own army O_o although that second video... thats kinda cool.... lol... and its still in a tv screen so I dont think it could do much??... just hope they dont make a real life type robot, AI, thing with it. I dont like how advanced we are getting either though. To many stupid people doing stupid experiments risking other peoples lives.. (like the blackhole crap.... you knew the risks why would you do that..?! if you want to know something about it great.. but not with a risk level like that. If it goes wrong I dont really wanna be sucked into the blackhole stupid jerk faces).

We will have killed ourselves off long before the robots get to that point. ofcourse we'll use robots to do it though LOL

This is my fear, it's only a matter of time before they combine the two if it hasn't already happened yet

What scares me most is not the technology itself, but rather society's growing dependence on it. I live in the hills where power outages rather common and yet every time we lose it people around me panic and become completly lost if it is not restored post haste. Like I said this is common where I am from, imagine what would happen if, for some reason or another the state of california or the eastern seaboard had to go without power for an extended amount of time. Think of the lives that would be lost in a week, a month, a year!
 
ash the doghead is an experiment that was done a long time ago where they had a severed canine head fully alive without a body, using a machine to keep it alive. I posted a thread about it one time but poof went the thread to freaky for people.

I am not fooled by cheap headdress and the sucker arrow. That is just a bad idea plain and simple to have something like that as an open source item.

We are not in kansas any more are we.

Militarily speaking there are things in use that make this robot look like a puppet, though john q public won't see such things for many years.
