Is the Playstation Network still down???

then like 20 min ago someone posted sony not sure when

No its not. It's just what a bunch or random people use as an alias. You don't join because there is no group. People just say they are part of it. All the attacks were different people who had no connection to each other ( at least the ones that were found).

wow this must suck for all you sony fans, this is why I bought a 360.. Idk whatd I'd do if I couldnt play call of duty online because of the network always being down.

doesnt really bother me at all, it sucks not being able to use the browser occasionally but I have an actual computer for that, and c'mon seriously missing a few weeks of online gaming would be good for most people. Theres this new app called "outside" that you might really enjoy. so the only thing I really care about right now is DLC that was supposed to out by now but I can live without it.
Sarcasm aside though I've experienced problems with xbl and that was worse since they have the audacity to charge for it, with psn Im not really losing anything since it was free to begin with.
 
Im outside all the time did I say I sat inside 24/7? no I didnt I play at night and normally when I first wake up to wake me up...
 
Console gaming online fails in general,I will stick with PC gaming for good online experience.Also I do own both consoles,since I am a console collector.I had xbox live for 3 years,realized not worth the 50 or 60 dollars just to hear racist people and drama queens whine to Microsoft to get users suspended for no apparent reason.Yes I can mute people,but the reason I rather hear people is to work as a team in a game like Gears Of War.As for Sony,they dropped the ball on this one,Mortal Kombat is and will be my last purchase on that console.Such a shame too,since I like the killzone series and I had Duke Nukem Forever on reserve,which I will cancel.Looks like I will be focusing on my gaming with the computer I built instead.
 
its interesting to see how many people have lost faith in Sony...

I guess personally free online gaming still beats having to pay for it, although i have to admit, now i'm also kinda considering upgrading my PC for the new battle field when it comes out in November...
 
Battlefield for the pc will blow away the console ports.That is why I am glad for once,it wont be a crap console port for the pc users.
