Is there a goal here

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I would say the goal to this hobby is your happiness. its not about how many fish or tanks or how big its about what your happy with and once your happy with it I would say goal met.

Agree. I just like to sit back, kick my feet up, have a beer (or 2), and stare at my underwater replication (probably with a stupid grin on my face).........goal met!

i semi get what OP is saying, I am at point now I want to consolidate my smaller tanks into 3 big ones. 240 for all my SA/CA smaller fish. (oscar,GT, severums,JD) then my 300 for the Piker and PB) and the 225 small fish tank;though I want to keep goldies and natives as well. so 2 more tanks, now up to 4. but my undying urge of keeping a dovii and umbee will lead to another 180 and a 200 somthing. that sounds like a hoarder syndrome :) but I can say I will honestly be happy after that

I believe some are not understanding what I'm trying to say. In the first line in my post I stated I am NOT bored at all with the hobby. Ive reached a point where Im very content with my current stock, tank and equipment. I dont have an interest in adding, changing or removing anything for a very very long time. So other than regular maintenance, I'm finished with my tank in a good way lol. Has anyone else achieved this goal or is it just me?
