seriously find someone on here with a large tank close to your location...for the good of the fish. Otherwise it will die a painful death in a very short while

I got 4inches retail catfish in 55 Gallons and i dun want it to grow? is there a way

I understand the way you feel man, it's a gorgeous catfish, great personality, just stunning at any size really.

The thing is, MFK is about the NEXT level, that means turning your home into the aquarium for the catfish, and living yourself in the bathroom.

Besides, what more do we need in a room besides a floor to sleep on, running water, and a place to sit and take a think?

Take it back to petland and get a Raphael cat they can live in your 55. The only way a RTC will not outgrow a 55 is if you kill it before it gets a chance too.
Next time do some research before you get a fish even if it's a free fish.
