Just checking, you threw me off with 'nutrient'. Although anyone whom forks out the smacko's to purchase an RO unit should be aware of what it does, & hence what needs to be replaced or monitored in relation to the environment its used for. Where this breaks down is when its easily bought in stores.

I do not believe in too clean, I have a FX5 hooked up to my betta bowl and it totally owns, I have to pick the bettas out of the intake from time to time but other that....perfect.
