Anyone have info on how to get giant blue prawn? I'm still trying to get my hands on a true one and striking out. :/ Heck... I can't get possession of any prawns here in CT. Getting ridiculous.

Like the ones in your pic & video? The smaller (blue) one is introduced through much of the Caribbean, and the big (blue & orange & burgundy) one is native. Drive down to Fla with a dip-net, but don't tell anybody I suggested this ;)

There was a huge male Macrobrachium rosenbergii (blue, the Thai import) on display at the National Zoo in DC maybe 18 months ago. You might be able to get Safeway to bring them in fresh/alive on ice. No need to tell the fishmonger that they're going to be pets...
If you plan to breed them, the eggs & juveniles need brackish water. Eggs float downstream to the estuaries and the pups migrate upstream at maybe 1/2 or 3/4" long. Breeding isn't rocket-science and the details are online, it's just a little intricate. And apparently there is a market on MFK!
And if not: melted butter, a little garlic, cold beer etc...

I think I saw pics of that prawn at the zoo. Quite impressive. :) No breeding planned for these guys on my end (at least at the moment). Just looking for a male that I can grow to massively disproportionate size to scare any of my guests. hahaha
