Not at all. Just today I saw somebody on craigslist selling a 180 gallon tank complete setup (stand, canopy, filter, lights, and heater) for $200.
IS THIS A GOOD DEAL for $1700????

I have for sale a 180 gallon aquarium in very very good condition. It come with two 36" dual fluorescent strips and a costume 3D background. It also has a glass canopy however it is missing one of the smaller glass panels. Also available if wanted is a 55 gallon tank and whatever you can grab from my basement. Should be a bunch of filters and such sitting around. I have recently moved out and cannot use this stuff anymore

Thanks! I think he is looking for a set up that is ready to go and has a nice stand. (like a piece of furniture). Becuase he wants to display it in his living room.
If your willing to come to Baltimore....I'm selling a 220 gallon glass tank...Stand....Glass Tops...5ft CF light with 50/50 bulbs...and a nice pc of weighted driftwood for 500.00....in excellent condition
Do take note that Craigs List prices vary from region to region. Our N/E region tends to be on the high side so what might be a deal for us might look like 'highway robbery' to those out west or south.
Even so, compared to the other price he had he could easily take the difference and buy a nice stand and canopy and still come out ahead.
