Is this a High Shine Silver Arowana?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
same as HB mate its lucky genetics doesnt make it a morph just lucky. genetics would show the same creature with now visible morph, if the trait is not bredable then the price tag is not worth it. its a way for vendors to bump hobbiests. I dont wana be nasty or nothing just how i see it on face value.

There are Silver Arowanas that are being sold occasionally as Platinum Arowanas here in the California Bay Area that I'm assuming are some kind of a high shine. They are being sold at double the price of a normal Silver. I was going to return mine however just for curiosity I'm going to raise him up and see what he looks when he is mature. The original pictures are a not the best shots plus I have got white background. Going to find out though.

I still have got my fingers crossed that Arowana breeders will produce an adult Black Arowana that retains the coloration phenotype of the babies. That would be sweet!!

and what is it supposed to mean?
i throw over 40G for my car, does it mean i throw 40G into the street?
its all for my desire, and do u have problem with that?

My personal opinion is that goldfish is a poor food for any aro, the high fat content can contribute to DE, and high risk of parasite. Plus it seems when an aro gets live food its very hard to get off of it. I perfer MP soaked in vitamins, or hikari aro sticks.
